Join us at the Ballpark
Details:
Limited to the first 30 people. We will meet in front of the hotel at 5:30 and board the bus to NBT Bank Stadium where we will have an indoor-outdoor luxury box to watch the minor league Syracuse Mets take on the Durham Bulls. We cannot guarantee that Crash Davis or Nuke LaLoosh will show up for the Bulls. But it will be a good time. Food, snacks, and soft drinks are included. Sorry...you'll have to buy your own beer.
If we fill the 30 slots, we may be able to add another smaller suite. There will be a waiting list.

What is this?
Covid Rules
NYSFSMA will comply with all state or county Covid requirements. We request that all participants either be fully vaccinated, or wear a mask while indoors and not eating. Should conditions or requirements change, NYSFSMA and the DoubleTree by Hilton reserve the right to change any Covid protection requirements for the safety of our participants.
Lodging
A room block has been reserved at The DoubleTree by Hilton at a daily rate of $101 for all attendees. The reservation cut off date is March 27, 2023, so please make your reservation.

An Evening at the Ballpark
In addition to the Wednesday evening social event, there will be a Tuesday evening limited availability opportunity to mingle in a VIP suite at the ballpark, with food, drinks, and baseball with the minor league Syracuse Mets. Jacobs has kindly agreed to be a sponsor, though there will still be an extra fee for participants.
