A room block has been reserved at The Queensbury Hotel, 88 Ridge Street, Glens Falls, NY 12801. All conference participants are responsible for making their own reservations at the hotel. The room block has been reserved for $119 per night for all attendees.  The reservation cut off date is April 6, 2024, so please make your reservation.

Free parking is available at all times.

Registration
Member rates are available to members in good standing of NYSFSMA.
If you are a NYSFSMA member, make sure to log into the website to receive the member rate. 

Cancellation Policy

We encourage participants to cancel their registration as soon as possible if they are unable to attend the conference.
The earlier the cancellation, the better for both parties. 

2. Cancellations made more than two weeks before the conference dates will be eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made after April 23rd will result in a 50% refund.
3. No refunds will be available for cancellations made after April 30th.
