Covid Rules
NYSFSMA will comply with all state or county Covid requirements.  We request that all participants either be fully vaccinated, or wear a mask while indoors and not eating.  Should conditions or requirements change, NYSFSMA and the Landing Hotel reserve the right to change any Covid protection requirements for the safety of our participants.

Lodging

A room block has been reserved at The Landing Hotel at a daily rate of $115 for all attendees.  The reservation cut off date is April 11, 2022, so please make your reservation.

Parking

Free parking is available at all times in the parking garage in front of The Landing Hotel.

Registration
Member rates are available to members in good standing of NYSFSMA or NYWEA.  If you are a NYSFSMA member, make sure to log into the website to receive the member rate.  If you are a NYWEA member, NYWEA will confirm your membership upon registration.

Local Government Employee Discount
Thanks to a grant from The Nature Conservancy of New York, members of NYSFSMA or NYWEA who are employed by a town, city or village in New York State can receive a $50 discount on their full registration.  Please click on the correct registration line.  This will be limited to the first 100 registrants who use the discount.

Historic Stockade Walking Touro

If you plan to participate in the historic Schenectady Stockade walking tour on the afternoon of May 3, please be prepared to walk between two and three miles over the course of the afternoon.  Wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.  If you wish to drive to a location along the tour, please contact Bill Nechamen at billnechamen@gmail.com or at 518-707-6516, for instructions.  We are planning a refreshment stop during the tour.

Morning Run, May 4
Joggers may meet at the exhibitor hall at 7:00 AM on Wednesday, May 5 for a jog on the bike path along the Mohawk River.
